Sorry no live-blogging

The asshole posing as the "help desk" rudely told me he said he was too busy to help me when I asked him if he could set up my wireless (it is not auto-connect), so I won't be able to liveblog:( However, I will be taking notes, which I will be posting later tonight.

BTW, I don't want to be prejudiced or anything, but does anyone know why IT people are always so busy???
